Objective: How to brainstorm for word choice/topic?
1- Skill of the day--semi-colons
2- Creative Writing Practice. Using the everyday life to inspire!
3- Guided Imagery. Students listened to me read them a prompt while they relaxed. This was meant to help inspire them for word choice/images/ideas to use in their own papers.

If you were absent, please read the guided imagery while you listen to intense music. Then spend about ten minutes free writing on the graphic organizer. This will help you when you write your paper next time.
Homework: Come to class prepared to write your first draft of the gothic story.
